I was watching some preacher late last night on TCT or CBN, cant recall his name, but he would go down in the audience, lay hands on people, and they would be knocked out, and fall to the ground, they usually got up a few minutes later.
I remember this happening when I was going to a Pentecostal church years ago, A friend of mine and his wife were members here and a few times, friends of mine went with me, a couple times this one girl, who was not religious at all, and really did not want to go, she was bugging me the drive there, she wanted to go party, but we did go, the preacher touched her during the service and she was knocked out, she was standing right beside me, after she got up, I could see she was different, she was laughing and smiling, her life changed that night, she actually joined the church and kept going.
I asked her about it afterwards and she said it felt like a lightning bolt hit her, said it was the best feeling she ever had, I know she was not faking it, as I knew her before and saw firsthand the change, the preacher laid hands on me a few times during my time there, I do remember feeling ‘something’ strange, (I had never felt this before in my life), but it never knocked me out, they told me I was resisting it and trying to hold on to my secular ways, if I would just let the Holy Spirit in, the same would happen to me.
Has anyone ever had a similar experience?
