How important is sexual pleasure in marriage? What would you do if unable to experience it? (Penis amputation / "circumcision" question)

Your level of debt is concerning, but not ridiculous for a good healthcare job. They not to take on more debt and think about doing a personal finance class so that once you’re done with school and have a job, you can immediately start making progress on your debt. (Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University is a favorite, but there are other options.)

Use of lubricant could presumably help a lot with discomfort for the woman.

Alternately, it shouldn’t be that difficult to find a prospective wife with very moderate sexual needs.

This is all not ideal, but it’s not an impossible situation.

Best wishes!
I am not catholic. But I figured how they like things. So if you have a wife and want to keep her pleased. Learn to use your mouth, but make sure you "finish in the right place " right after you are done pleasuring her. There you have it problem solved with minimal accual intercourse. Most men are circumsized in america. I beleive part of the problem might be in your head. It won’t affect a woman in any negative way sexually. And I beleive once you are with your someday spouse you will love her so much that things may just work ok. I know being with someone special (my lovely wife in my case) is very wonderful. Good luck to you. God bless

That’s a little bit more graphic than I would have gone for, but it’s probably true that the OP is overestimating the importance of purely genital activity. There’s a lot more to lovemaking than that.

If it isn’t too stimulating for the OP, I would suggest that he read up on female sexual response far, far away from the intactivist websites. I think there will be a lot of reassuring information.

[continued from previous post]

Before I explain, let me comment that this assertion is false and demonstrates pride on your part – or rather, heightened emotion. You are apparently upset, perhaps either because you have had this surgery done to you to some extant, or you have done this surgery to some extant to someone else. Instead of saying, “I don’t know of any reason,” you have made the jump to asserting, “There is no reason.” This is the same hubris (or logical flaw perhaps due to emotion) that we encounter from the atheist who instead of saying “I see no evidence that there is a god” says “There is no God.”
I have nothing emotionally invested. I am trying to ease your concern because there is really nothing for you to worry about when it comes to sex. It will be fine - but you need to relax and not obsess with your penis. Also try to avoiding interacting with others online who will be a sounding board for this issue. Ignore it and the issue will go away.

You are the one making a claim that has zero biologic plausibility and demonstrates a complete lack of understanding of the female sexual response. So I stand by my statement - “there is no reason”.
The reason, then: The additional foreskin serves as a plug or stopper to retain lubrication within the vagina between strokes; when the foreskin is missing, this lubrication tends to be retained less. This phenomena occurs for two reasons: more of a physical barrier to retain the fluid, and the strokes being less long and forceful due to greater sensitivity.
What happens to the glans and the foreskin of an uncircumsized erect penis during intercourse? To suggest that the foreskin serves as a plug to prevent lubrication from leaking out is ridiculous. You need to think more critically about it.
In case you’re not aware, lack of ability to masturbate is a consequence of foreskin removal – the primary means of masturbation being manipulation of the foreskin by the hand to simulate the vagina. This has even been cited as a reason to encourage “Western circumcision.”
Source? Can you show that circumcised men are significantly less likely to be able to masturbate than uncircumcised? I don’t even understand what the second half of that sentence means.

After re-reading your posts, I have a few questions that might help you.

Do you masturbate or otherwise touch your penis regularly? Have you been doing so for years, perhaps since you were a young child? Have you used lubricant regularly? Have you changed your grip and stimulated the penis evenly or mainly focused on one area of the penis?

If you haven’t looked into it, many men have damaged their penises by masturbating too forcefully, masturbating dry (without lubricant) or by using the same technique in the same particular spot, usually the head of the penis. Over a period of time, the man loses sensitivity and can experience problems becoming erect, staying erect, and reaching orgasm.

It might have nothing to do with being circumcised and be a matter of skin cell nerve damage caused by improper masturbation technique.

Please, consult a urologist. If it is a botched circumcision, there are treatments available. If it is improper masturbation technique, there are treatments available. If it is something else, there is likely a treatment. The situation will not improve unless you seek medical attention.

How you gonna damage your penis by madtutbating? If that was the case 99% of teenage boys would hsve a br oken penis. It seems to me the op has some type of obsession/resentment towards his parents sbout being circumsized. Women do not prefere natural regsrdless of what he wrote. Some women are even grossed out by natural. Female toys generally don’t have foreskin on them. the op just needs a dr appoint to prove to himself he is.ok. and when they determine he is ok he sjould see a shrink.

Eh, female discomfort because of lack of lubrication often has obvious causes that have nothing to do with the male party: lack of arousal, Phase 3, breastfeeding, perimenopause, menopause, whatever.

You’re putting way too many eggs in the circumcision basket–it really honestly is not that important from the female side.
Yep. OP, why not just let go of all this anger over something you cannot change? It does not appear that you have any firsthand knowledge of all of these things you’ve “researched” about sexual pleasure, so listen to the people who tell you there is really no need to worry. If you’ve been seen by several practitioners who say you appear to be typical, then don’t assume you will have any problem within a marriage. If lack of lubrication ends up being a problem, that can be remedied. If you do marry, you will learn that there is a lot more to sex and intimacy than these things you are obsessing over.
