How is a valid marriage made sacramental?

I had posted a question earlier regarding the validity of my marriage. As per your response, I met with our parish priest and he confirmed that our marriage is indeed valid.

My question is this. While our marriage is valid, how might we make it sacramental? I am Catholic but my wife is presbyterian.

Dear Once,

If your marriage is valid and you are both baptised, then your marriage is sacramental. The Catholic Church does recognize Presbyterian baptisms.
