Human persons and angels are two different types of beings. However, anyone that is in heaven is a Saint. Sort of like saying men and women are different genders but are both human.
The English word saint, according to dictionaries, comes from the Latin word sanctus which means holy, separate, pious. Anyone in heaven would definitely be all of those things.
