We are buying a house and it is closing today (a day early) so we are taking the day off from Lent and we are having ice cream and do all sorts of green stuff in addition to cleaning and packing etc…

My parents are from Ireland and I spend most of my ‘school years’ summers in MayoMy MIL grew up in Ireland and the corned beef she eats comes out of a can.
‘Boiling Bacon’ is different that boiled bacon. "Boiling bacon’ is a cured pork loin.
