How long are the periods of abstinence in NFP?

My fiance and I are committed to NFP, but just out of curiosity, how long are the periods of abstinence, generally speaking? I understand it will be different for each couple based on the woman’s cycle, but is there a general amount of time? Thank you guys!
 
With my cycles we typically have to abstain for about 14 days in a month. We’re TTA at the moment and we’re following the rules very conservatively. We use a Sympto-thermal method and we abstain for the entire phase 2 portion of my cycle.
