Every situation is individual, so there is no way to estimate how long a particular case will take. Given the state of marriage in today’s society, your diocesan marriage tribunal may also be choked with a backlog of cases requiring processing. Between the time needed for your case’s individual considerations and the backlog of cases with which your tribunal is likely facing, some time may be necessary to process your case.
