If anything, he would become Orthodox. He has ties to the Ethiopian Orthodox Church (I believe that is the right one), and even had his baby baptized into the Orthodox Church.

Kim and Kanye have three children: North (daughter), Saint (son) and Chicago (daughter by a surrogate). Kim is a member of the Armenian Apostolic Church, and North was baptized in that church. Kim says she is “very religious,” so I would assume Saint and Chicago have been baptized in the Armenian Church as well. If Kanye converts, it seems he would convert to Armenian Orthodox since that is the faith of his wife and children.
