How many annulments are required if a Methodist woman was married twice in her life in Christian ceremonies?

I am a little confused about annulment requirements. I know a Methodist woman who married twice in the Methodist church and also divorced twice. How many Catholic annulments are required if I wish to marry her in the Catholic Church? Was her second marriage invalid in the eyes of the Church because her first marriage never received a Catholic annulment? Thank you.

She would need two annulments. An annulment does not invalidate a marriage, it is a recognition that no valid marriage ever existed. Therefore if her first marriage was invalid that would mean she was truly free to marry at her second wedding, and thus that would become the presumed valid marriage unless proven otherwise (annulment).
