Iced, twice a day.

I used to drink a lot more, but since I started working from home, I’ve cut back.

Once a day, hot, with breakfast, 16 oz.

If my morning walk takes me past the donut shop, I might occasionally have a second small cup with something sweet.

The vast majority of days, none. On the rare occasions when I do, whether iced or hot depends upon the weather and my mood.

One big cup (two normal cups) in the morning. VERY strong. I grind my beans at the store on espresso - french roast. I have a special mug - pottery. I love it. My morning coffee is a favorite time for sure. Every once in a while I get a second coffee mid-afternoon 3ish. Starbucks or whatever, or at home. I used to do single shots in my afternoon Americano but now I boldly go for 2. I love the taste of coffee and 2 vs 1 shots has absolutely no discernible negative effect in terms of sleeping or caffeine overkill, nothing. I believe that caffeine in moderate doses is GOOD for the human brain - is it ok if I call it a gift from God? 😌 Plus I drink a cup of black tea most afternoons around 4. Herbal tea or white or green most mid mornings, evenings sometimes. Sundays pot of Earl Grey usually in the afternoon. I read a fascinating article on the amounts of caffeine in tea vs. coffee. Black tea is a lot lower - 8 cups of Earl Grey equal 1 cup of coffee. Green and white are even lower.

I liked that you included the word “thrice” in you poll.

“Miami is nice, so I’ll say it thrice!”
