How much can we know about Heaven?

St. Paul says in 1 Corinthians 2:9, “But as it is written: ‘What eye has not seen, and ear has not heard, and what has not entered the human heart, what God has prepared for those who love him.’”

I have read some Catholic philosophers and theologians who discuss what Heaven will be like. Since the passage above seems to null anything they have to say, I am wondering how much we can know about Heaven?
 
All we actually need to know this side of the Resurrection is in the Bible.
