How much do you care about your legacy?

I don’t care much about it.

I’m not cared about now and I won’t be cared about after my death. That being said, I’m very young and the importance of a legacy shoots up when one is much older.

I want to be remembered as someone who was spiritually above average… 🙂

My one and only goal is to have people say this:

“Spyridon was a Saint.”

I have zero desire to have anything else said of me, and if people don’t say this then my life was a failure.

If we wish to have a legacy, we should only desire that our legacy is a spiritual one. Desire to be saints. Be known for winning the wreath that doesn’t perish.

If I cant have the “spiritual” part, I’ll settle for above average.

I don’t think I care much about what people say afterwards, other than I was a good and faithful Catholic. I’m more concerned on my impact, on what I did during my life. I’m afraid of waking up 20 years from now with the realization that I wasted my life and could have done so much more.

Like the American Civil War Generals of Old, I’ll author many books and out-publish my rivals. Initially, I’ll be hailed as a hero and living saint; however, in time, younger generations will see me as a controversial figure. I see myself as a New George Washington. Only I’m smarter, Catholic, and have good teeth 😁✨
