How much is a full meal in fasting?

You would have to have known my father, he was scamming church law and was smiling when he made the claim as he continued on with his full meals (and snacks). Technically you are correct, but believe me, he could have had just fasted with one meal and it wouldn’t have killed him. I loved my father as much as anyone loves theirs and tried to correct him with love. I did not judge him, I only said that he would have to explain his actions about this issue at the proper time and I told him that then. I pray for his immortal soul to this very day.

I would suggest, to drink more water to make you feel full and perhaps less irritated while cutting back. Enjoying walks is a great exercise as well.
