That was me. My friend believes he receives Mary in the Eucharist. He’s also told me that since Jesus was in Mary’s womb and received Mary’s blood, it is actually Mary’s blood that saves us. So very wrong.Actually someone on this forum mentioned a friend who did believe he received her in the Eucharist… so that exists.
I think we could say that as Mother of the Eucharist, she plays a role in the miracle that happens at Mass, but it is her son we receive.
I really don’t think so. What I think is that some people do not have the same affinity for the Blessed Virgin Mary and feel that those who do are overdoing it.There are people who take it too far.
