How often should we do worship of Divine Mercy?

Without looking at the little devotional booklet, the image of Jesus, Divine Mercy is to be venerated on Mercy Sunday.

Elsewhere, Jesus asks us to remember His Passion at the 3 o’clock hour every day whether it means stepping in to the chapel to briefly visit the Blessed Sacrament or, if duties do not permit it, reflect or meditate on this moment of mercy.

In either case, you would have to loosely define worship to accommodate these two situations.

I hope this helps.

“we” do it as a parish once a year, for the Novena 9 days and culminating on DM Sunday. Individuals can do it whenever they wish, daily at the 3:00 hour seems to be recommended, Friday, the memorial of the Lord’s passion seems like another good day.

Since Jesus himself asked Sister Faustina to promote the Devotion to the Divine Mercy, I think that you should display the picture in your home and say the chaplet as often as you can. The chaplet has a special intention for the dead and dying, so I try to say it every week day on my way to work, trying to remember all people in nursing homes. My father spent the last years of his life in a nursing home and now I know how much those people need our prayers.

Most of the time I say it once a day. The world needs Divine Mercy so much!
