How should a Catholic resign from work?

Burn as many bridges as possible after your last paycheck.
Not the best idea. You may need a reference from them someday. Or you could someday finding yourself working with a former coworker from your current company.
 
I know. But that’s what my company does.
It’s a rather big lucrative company -
It’s gone from micro managing - to ā€œ fit and lean ā€œ
Good people - jumping ship - ax cutting others etc

And I’ve read about 7 of these good bye texts - this year
Same standard thing - each one - lol

No company requires anything, unless there’s some sort of unionized contract at play. If they can fire you without notice, you can quit without notice. Companies have no qualms with ā€œyour employment is at-willā€ but want a month notice…yeah ok.
 
Make sure that in any agreement there is not a disparagement clause. For instance I have a one year wait period where I can’t post a negative Glassdoor review.
 
It is, but we’re a small company (5 employees), so it wouldn’t be hard to figure out.
