This parish does this once in awhile at what is considered the kids mass. No feast day. Just a Sunday Mass. Quite bizarre.
Not on your life. He’s already making headway with Eucharistic Adoration which was abandoned in most parts of the diocese! I only wish he had arrived a few years ealier to straighten out the new Cathedral. Unfortunately, it’s probably too late financially to change the design since the diocese has sunk 100’s of 1000’s of dollars into the current hotel looking design… At least the inside will look Catholic! At least one Church has been allowed to put the tabernacle back in the Church!If any bishop would be willing to assist, it would be Vigneron. He’s a good, solid, orthodox bishop. If you don’t want him, would you be so kind as to send him back to Detroit? I’ll even pay shipping & handling!
Do you have women pastoral associates yet? Ours finally retired. Don’t think she thought she could handle the new bishop. It was kind of funny to see the retirements and sabbaticals taken after Bishop V. took over. I just hope he doesn’t have stroke living here!
