How should I greet a bishop or archbishop?

I will be getting an award presented by the archbishop. I want to greet him properly.
 
In the USA a Bishop and Archbishop can both be addressed as “Your Excellency.” However, if your Archbishop is a Cardinal then he should be addressed as “Your Eminence.”
