The sacraments are of course good in themselves, but they are not actions. The receiving of the sacrament is an action and so receiving them with a bad intent would be wrong. The Sacraments are of the same nature. Someone can approach the Sacraments with an ignorant or malicious heart, but the Sacrament remains intrinsically good.
