How should things other that the usual liturgies in the mass be organised?

A classic example would be baptism and confirmation of RCIA/Y candidates after the homily and before the creed. What else can be held during a mass?

Here are some things I consider acceptable:
  • holy orders
  • vows
  • maritony
As you can see, I don’t know very much.

Are you asking what sacraments and sacramentals can be administered during a celebration of Mass?

The Sacrament of the Sick may also be celebrated during Mass. Bishops and pastors are installed, altars and churches are blessed and consecrated, priestly vestments may be blessed, funerals, etc.

After Mass on Feb 3, throats are blessed. Animals are blessed on Oct 4, usually outside of Mass.
 
Confirmation is usually celebrated during Mass. The various RCIA rites – Rite of Acceptance, Rite of Welcoming, Scrutinies – are usually celebrated during Mass. Catechumens are dismissed from Mass. Religious vows may be professed during Mass.

I’m not completely clear on what the OP is asking.

they should be organized as provided in the rites for those sacrament, including the special Masses for those occasions. There is no need to reinvent the wheel.

what is your specific question? you and I do not have an opinion on how “liturgy should be organized” the Church already has it covered.
 
Basically, something may be “added” to the Mass if the rubrics allow it. For example, the rubrics for the rite of confirmation state that confirmation may be celebrated after the homily.
