How to accept living here long-term

Hopefully! He hasn’t been getting any interviews for local private sector jobs, so I’m not sure how easily he’ll be able to make the switch, especially when applying to jobs out of state. Theoretically finishing his degree will help, but it’s a master’s in public admin.
