How to address a Patriarch in email?

I’m specifically inquiring on how to address the Syriac Orthodox Patriarch Moran Mor Ignatius Aphrem II. I have exchanged emails with him in the past when he was Bishop of the Eastern United States. Would he be addressed as Your Holiness, now that he is Patriarch? Thank you.

Non-patriarch cardinals are Eminence.

This is incorrect. Supreme Heads and Primates are always “Holiness”, since in Catholic practice, the Eastern Patriarchs are universally below the Pope of Rome, they go by “Beatitude” instead and leave “Holiness” for the Pope. Although this is hardly practiced in all the world, or even at all times. I’ve seen His Holiness and Beatitude used for Patriarchs as well.
 
I would say HH.

You see HH Pope Tawadros (speaking of which, why is dzheremi banned???) or HH Patriarch Bartholomew.

I’ve seen nothing using “Holiness” for any but the Popes of Rome (Catholic) and Alexandria (Coptic Orthodox), and the Patriarch of Moscow.

Inside the Vatican notes Beattitude as correct for all Catholic patriarchs and major archbishops, save the Pope. Heads of Churches Sui Iuris do not use Holiness nor Beattitude unless entitled otherwise - but Catholicos Patriarchs are considered Patriarchs.
