Are there (and if so what are they) different titles to adress a:
1)Archbishop
2)Coadjutor Archbishop
3)Bishop
4)Coadjutor Bishop

Well, it depends where you come from. Here in Australia, an Archbishop is referred to as ‘His Grace’ while an assistant Bishop or an Ordinary of an ordinary diocese ('scuse the pun) is referred to as ‘His Lordship’ or ‘My Lord’ (in person). I think these same terms are used in the UK and within the Commonwealth.

Yes, though I hope you’ll forgive my ignorance of the coadjutators, i think their title is the same:

Bishop: (your/his) Excellence
ArchBishop: (your/his) Grace
Cardinal: (your/his) Eminence
Pope: (your/his) Holiness
