How To Adress and Sign A Letter To A Priest

I want to write my priest a letter, but I am not sure of the proper way to start the letter and to sign the letter. Can anyone guide me?

Place a “Colon” (":") after the Priest’s last name for a formal letter.

In business block letter style, you don’t need the semi-colon at the greeting and the comma at the sign off.
