How to Control Lustful Passions: A Guide for Struggling Catholics

Hi everyone,

My name is Mark and I’m from Columbus, Ohio. I’m a devout Catholic who has struggled with impurity for years. I’m currently focused on paying off my “spiritual debt.”

I have written a guide on controlling lustful passions and I want to share it with the the community. The guide is directed toward Catholics who are currently struggling with lust. It’s written in a a simple and straightforward manner.

This guide will help Catholics who struggle with impurity (sexual sins). It contains five essential steps for controlling lustful passions. This guide is based on my own personal experience and the Church’s teaching on sexual morality. (See Catechism of the Catholic Church, 2351-2356)
