It is something that has marked all my attitudes towards knowledge since I have become an authentic Christian. I became an authentic Christian at the same time that I began to study at the College… so it has also marked me in a “institutional” way. I believe that I must develop in ethics according to that I see knowing… so this problem touches me in a very deep manner.

It is very important to say that I became an authentic Christian assisting to a Baptist – Missionary Church. I was never so influenced by the properly “baptistness” of that Church. That I desired more was a sure Christianity… that I thought that I would have “purifying” my beliefs (without non-biblical things, without non-divines figures, without non-natural things) and not giving my faith to someone as a Pope, as a Cardinal, as a Priest of to someone else… for me that was something that would be sure only if I kept her myself. Christianity was made a categorical thing for me when I must to judge.

That was the year when I began my higher education. I began her going to a Catholic University (the Universidad del Salvador, an ex SJ University) (I still go there). As an ardent protestant I didn’t give any importance to the catholic thing that I listened. But at my thomist classes I began to like philosophy. I didn’t give neither any importance to that I heard and I believed that was against my beliefs. Both thing were prospectively bad for me.

I had to study an author called Henri Marrou at my classes of Theory of Historiography. He said that the key of the historical knowledge was to forgive our own thinkings/beliefs and to hear that the others had to say… It was just insupportable for me! How to think that someone as a French revolutionary could say something true? How to think that a Marxist could be innocent going against Christianity? How to think that an Slave holder could have reasons to do that? How to not condemn an atheist?

The worse thing began this year. I have been touched by many non-Christian people and I would like to relate me with them… that I could not support to do without doing that in a catholic manner. The problem is that most non-Christian people doesn’t act making a hopping entering to the Kingdom of Heaven if someone speaks him about their beliefs… One must to make contact with him groveling before him… We must do like Jesus Christ, that who being in the form of God decided to take the form of a Sevant. (I know that I am am not in the form of God 😉 ) But this is an ethic affair, I have not problem with that. I have a strong problem with the fact that I should hear the reasons that a non-Christian could have to opposite to believe the Christianity… and I would do that in an authentic manner only thinking them in the deepest manner… how to do that if the deepest place of my sould must to be for God/Christ? How to hear the reasons that a Jew has and believe it without leaving God? How to hear the reasons that a Dark has and taking them in an authentic manner without leaving God?

I have thought that I must do as a Martyr… I should to leave God and descend to Hell hopping God at the end of the way…! I know that God does not exist only because I believe that he exists… But it is okey? It is okey to leave God? It is okey to believe authentically something that is against Him?

But if I see something against God? How to have at the same time an authentic belief inside me? I have not problem to forgotten the thing that is against and only to believe in God… I think that my sola fides can be there whenever I need her… Protestantism is still very important to me! But how to have this and an authentic approach to a non-Christian at the same time?

I learn at my classes of Philosophy that for Catholicism the faith is not a closed belief… it is something that could be real according to the preambula fidei… but just that. So a Catholic could accept to lost faith… but I cannot!

That has become crazy all the approachs that I could do towards Jews… that has become inauthentic all the approachs that I could do towards non-Christians…

I have not a problem accepting my sinfulnees, the sinfulness that the Church has and things like that… but I could not support not to believe a dogma relative to Divinity… I don’t want make God the divorced wife that Israel made Him.

(I say this but I have not the same faith concerning to lowest promesses of God… like those concerning to my peace concerning to what/who I must have)
(It is maybe the lack of faith?)

I think that it could be a help to a big group of people to answering this… I want to help someone… not to be myself the eternal only.

When I say “approach” I wanna mean “connection”… it is to say that I wanna not to do a “turistic” link, but an existential one…

It seems to be very meaningful the fact that I have been linked both with a Jew and a Dark person… It is like the crossing of Jesus Christ both to Israel and to the People who lived at the Ravine as dark as Death… I myself am descendant of Jews (from the XVI centhury) and Gentiles…

By these meta aphoris you can see that I am both deep and superficial. In the Day of the Saint Simeon, that Great Monk, how to develop more this drama? How to resign the Peace? I must change.

These are the problems that I have for make a com un (common) ication. (with non-Christian and with Chritian people)
(my english speaking is another issue ;))

When I say a Dark person I want to say a Goth person… a member of that urban tribe which is associated with the Blackness.

I thought that I would have “purifying” my beliefs (without non-biblical things, without non-divines figures, without non-natural things)
I desired to not believe natural things, I desired to believe only supernatural things… forgive me by another mistake in my expression!

You postulate. One can postulate without going against God.

God bless,
