How to do First Saturday Devotion without Communion and Confession?

This coming month of April, since it is difficult to see visible priests now, what do you suggest how to do confession and communion requirements so as to complete the First Saturday Devotion?

For the Holy Communion, can we just do Act of Spiritual Communion?
For Confession, can we just confess our sins to our Guardian Angel or talk directly to Jesus?
 
I’m pretty sure it calls for sacramental confession and communion. Now that the sacraments are not that easy and readily and generously available as they have been, we come to appreciate how much we have been given only when they are taken away.
