How To Explain Confession?

How do I explain to a protestant why we as Catholics believe in going to confession? I find it so hard to debate with these people because of the sola scriptura deal and I’m not aware of any scriptures that mention it (except “Confess your sins one to another”) - needless to say, I’m at a loss. Any suggestions?
 
Nevermind, I think I just answered my own question. I found it in the Apologetics Forum - a link called “The Forgiveness of Sins”.
