How to explain why the unborn have a right to live?

Pro choicers keep saying that the fetus is in the body of the mother without the mother’s consent, but I do not see how that gives the mother the right to kill it. It’s a lot easier to explain why a fetus is living and human than it is to prove this since the law says a person is sentient and autonomous. I said newborns and those in comas are not sentient but they just said those people have their own body.
