@DpressedLoner,
I am from France!
I am never been to Autria, but Autria is (or was!) a catholic contry, so there are churches, mass, and catholics.
Of course, there will be more difficult to find young adults. But it is the case in many western european contries including mine.
And a good new : there is more young catholic girl than boys, so you have an advantage!
The proposition of Dark Light seems good : you are certainely not alone with a problem with public tranportation. I never had a car myself, but there was always someone to transport me for catholics gatherings. I live in a city, not that big, which it help of course, and have always had churches not far from me.
Another suggestion wich can be helpfull : see the posibilities of attendings large catholics young gatherings such as World Youth Day, Taizé meetings in France and in European cities on the new year day, pilgrimages organised by youth ministries, charities… Your faith will be probably renew and perhaps you will find a woman.
It depends of what do you want but there is people who are ok to find a spouse far away, including aboard.
Because the state of the catholicism is what it is today, it is likely that your potential catholic traditional future wife is not next door.
