How to get one-way ticket to paradise?

Peace be upon you

Dear bro /sis. Islam is the unique path to paradise
Testify that there is no deity worthy of worship but Allah alone, and Mohammed is Allah’s Messenger. This is only the salvation.

How beautiful would it be to hear the word of Truth, Justice, Peace and Freedom that is,

‘La ilaha illa Allah, Mohammed Rasool-ullah’, [There is no deity worthy of worship but Allah alone, and Mohammed is Allah’s Messenger.]

Indeed, this is the most truthful statement ever revealed by God to
mankind. It is the core secret to man’s happiness, salvation, pleasure and final victory

Peace be upon those who are righteous guided

This is a Catholic forum. I doubt anyone is interested in your Muslim preaching.

I don’t milnd Muslim preaching; as long as he is equally open to Catholic preaching.

I believe in one God and I confess that every Sunday. Yet I will deny that Mohammed is a messenger or prophet since he never made signs or showed he was sent by God, he just claimed it. Since there are inconsistancies from his message and the scripture then he must be a false prophet.
I put my trust in God and his revelation of truth.

May God bless you and give you peace

The Nicene Creed

We believe in one God,
the Father, the Almighty,
maker of heaven and earth,
of all that is, seen and unseen.

We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ,
the only Son of God,
eternally begotten of the Father,
God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made,
of one Being with the Father.
Through him all things were made.
For us and for our salvation
he came down from heaven:
by the power of the Holy Spirit
he became incarnate from the Virgin Mary,
and was made man.
For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate;
he suffered death and was buried.
On the third day he rose again
in accordance with the Scriptures;
he ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead,
and his kingdom will have no end.

We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life,
who proceeds from the Father and the Son.
With the Father and the Son he is worshiped and glorified.
He has spoken through the Prophets.
We believe in one holy catholic and apostolic Church.
We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.
We look for the resurrection of the dead,
and the life of the world to come. Amen.

THis is what I believe…peace be with you!

Yet I will deny that Mohammed is a messenger or prophet since he never made signs or showed he was sent by God, he just claimed it.
12 Proofs that Muhammad (pbuh) was a True Prophet:
  1. Muhammad (pbuh) was raised illiterate, unable to read or write, and remained like that till his death. Among all his people, he was known as being truthful and trustworthy. Before receiving revelation, he had no prior knowledge of Religion or any previously sent Message. He remained like that for his first forty years. Revelation then came to Muhammad with the Koran that we now have between our hands. This Koran mentioned most of the accounts found in the previous scriptures, telling us about these events in the greatest detail as if he witnessed them. These accounts came precisely as they were found in the Torah sent down to Moses and in the Gospel sent down to Jesus. Neither the Jews or Christians were able to believe him regarding anything that he said.
  2. Muhammad (pbuh) also foretold of everything that would occur to him and his community after him, pertaining to victory, the removal of the tyrannical kingdoms of Chosroes [the royal title for the Zoroastrian kings of Persia] and Caesar, and the establishment of the religion of Islam throughout the earth. These events occurred exactly as Muhammad foretold, as if he was reading the future from an open book.
  3. Muhammad (pbuh) also brought an Arabic Koran that is the peak of eloquence and clarity. The Koran challenged those eloquent and fluent Arabs of his time, who initially belied him, to bring forth a single chapter like the Koran. The eloquent Arabs of his day were unable to contest this Koran. Indeed, till our day, none has ever dared to claim that he has been able to compose words that equal-or even approach-the order, grace, beauty, and splendor of this Glorious Koran.
  4. The life history of this Noble Prophet was a perfect example of being upright, merciful, compassionate, truthful, brave, generous, distant from all evil character, and ascetic in all worldly matters, while striving solely for the reward of the Hereafter. Moreover, in all his actions and dealings, he was ever mindful and fearful of Allah.
  5. Allah instilled great love for Muhammad (pbuh) in the hearts of all who believed in and met him. This love reached such a degree that any of his companions would willingly sacrifice his (or her) self, mother or father for him. Till today, those who believe in Muhammad honor and love him. Anyone of those who believe in him would ransom his own family and wealth to see him, even if but once.
  6. All of history has not preserved the biography of any person in the manner it has preserved the life of Muhammad, who is the most influential human in history. Nor has the entire earth known of anyone whom every morning and evening, and many times thereafter throughout the day, is thought of by those who believe in him. Upon remembering Muhammad, the believers in him will greet him and ask Allah to bless him. They do such with full hearts and true love for him.
  7. Nor has there every been a man on earth whom is still followed in all his doings by those who believe in him. Those who believe in Muhammad, sleep in the manner he slept; purify themselves (through ablution and ritual washing) in the manner he purified himself; and adhere to his practice in the way they eat, drink, and clothe themselves. Indeed in all aspects of their lives, the believers in Muhammad adhere to the teachings he spread among them and the path that he traveled upon during his life. During every generation, from his day till our time, the believers in this Noble prophet have fully adhered to his teachings. With some, this has reached the degree that they desire to follow and adhere to the Prophet’s way in his personal matters regarding which Allah has not sought of them to adhere to in worship. For example, some will only eat those specific foods or only wear those specific garments that the Messenger liked. Let alone all that, all those who believe in Muhammad repeat those praises of Allah, special prayers, and invocations that he would say during each of his actions during day and night, like: what he would say when he greeted people, upon entering and leaving the house, entering and leaving the mosque, entering and leaving the bathroom, going to sleep and awaking from sleep, observing the new crescent, observing the new fruit on trees, eating, drinking, dressing, riding, traveling and returning from travel, etc. Let alone all that, all those who believe in Muhammad fully perform-even to the minute detail-every act of worship-like prayer, fasting, charity, and pilgrimage-as this Noble Messenger (pbuh) taught and as he himself performed. All of this allows those who believe in him, to live their lives in all aspects with this Noble Messenger as their example, as if he was standing before them, for them to follow in all their doings.
    to be cont.

Cont…
  1. There has never been nor will there ever be a man anywhere upon this earth who has received such love, respect, honor, and obedience in all matters-small and large alike-as has this Noble Prophet.
  2. Since his day, in every region of the earth and during every period, this Noble Prophet has been followed by individuals from all races, colors and peoples. Many of those who followed him were previously Christians, Jews, pagans, idolaters, or without any religion. Among those who chose to follow him, were those who were known for their sound judgment, wisdom, reflection, and foresight. They chose to follow this Noble Prophet after they witnessed the signs of his truthfulness and the evidences of his miracles. They did not choose to follow Muhammad out of compulsion or coercion or because they had adopted the ways of their fathers and mothers. Indeed many of the followers of this Prophet (may Allah’s blessings peace be upon him), chose to follow him during the time when Islam was weak, when there were few Muslims, and when there was severe persecution of his followers on earth. Most people who have followed this Prophet (may Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him) have done so not to acquire some material benefits. Indeed many of his followers have suffered the greatest forms of harm and persecution as a result of following this Prophet. Despite all this harm and persecution, this did not turn them back from his religion. My brethren! All of this clearly indicates to anyone possessing any sense, that this Prophet was truly and really Allah’s messenger and that he was not just a man who claimed prophethood or spoke about Allah without knowledge.
  3. With all this, Muhammad came with a great religion in its creedal and legal make-up. Muhammad described Allah with qualities of complete perfection, and at the same time in a manner that is free of ascribing to Him any imperfection. Neither the philosophers or the wise could ever describe Allah like such. Indeed it is impossible to imagine that any human mind could conceive of an existing being that possesses such complete ability, knowledge, and greatness; Who has subdued the creation; Who has encompassed everything in the universe, small or large; and Who possesses such perfect mercy. Nor is it in the ability of any human being to place a perfect law based upon justice, equality, mercy and objectivity for all human activity on earth like the laws that Muhammad brought for all spheres of human activity - like buying and selling, marriage and divorce, renting, testimony, custody, and all other contracts that are necessary to uphold life and civilization on earth.
  4. It is impossible that any person conceive wisdom, morals, good manners, nobleness of characters as what this honorable Prophet (may Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him) brought. In a full and complete manner, Muhammad spread a teaching regarding character and manners toward one’ parents, relatives, fiends, family, humanity, animals, plants and inanimate objects. It is impossible for the human mind alone to grasp all of that teaching or come with a similar teaching. All of that unequivocally indicates that this Messenger did not bring an) of this religion from his own accord, but that it was rather a teaching and inspiration that he received from the One Who created the earth and the high heavens above and created this universe in its miraculous architecture and perfection.
  5. The legal and creedal make-up of the religion that the Messenger, Muhammad, (may Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him) brought resembles the engineering of the heavens and the earth. All of that indicates that He who created the heavens and the earth is the One Who sent down this great law and upright religion. The degree of inimitability of the Divine law that was sent down upon Muhammad is to the same degree of inimitability of the Divine creation of the heavens and earth. For just as humanity cannot create this universe, in the same manner humanity cannot bring forth a law like Allah’s law that He sent down upon His servant and messenger Muhammad (may Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him).
Peace

Hmmm. Your top 12 sounds a lot like another religion we hear a lot about around these parts. The Mormons make very similar claims with their “Prophet” Joseph Smith. Except he was only 14 when God visited him, not 44.

I am sorry you might not get many takers on your preaching here. I am not ignorant of the man you claim as prophet. As it has been said before, he had none of the true earmarks of a prophet, similarly to Joseph Smith. Being charismatic to get people to follow you doth not a prophet make.

Peace in your search for real Truth.

I am sorry for your belief in Mohammed being a messenger for your deity Allah. As stated above your faith is very similar to the morman faith, yet if you confronted a morman or someone of your faith of its false prophecy they will deny it. The true religion by God is biblically accurate, not mandated by a false prophet. This also goes for Catholics as well. I just finished reading an article on this site attacking James White’s book “The Fatal Flaw of Catholicism,” and it only focused on one point in the book, and this article ended with the “ultimate blow back” to White saying that The Fatal Flaw is fatally flawed. Wow. I was amazed by this, and saddned. Catholicism is also another faith that does not uphold holy scripture. Especially the systematic was of Catholicism, I am not speaking out of pure emotion, but from experience myself. James White was true in his word, and if you only read the article against him and think well…that guy was a lunatic, then prove it to yourself and actually READ the book instead of having some Catholic officer tell you how it went. Enjoy the System! Because that is what it is, and I will defend my arguments through scripture. I mean, how can you say you are One with God, yet never have true prayer to him alone, but by saying some repeated prayer, or having a priest give you a Get-out-of-jail free card…Please people, I hope that you will see the truth through God’s word. So read the bible and I pray for your revelation. Amen.

keep asking about signs and miracles of Muhammad pbuh.
Code:
Can anyone bring forth a miracle or a sign of Jesus pbuh??
The only prophet that his greatest miracle lasted till after his death is Prophet Muhammad pbuh. The Qur’an is still there. Where as all the other miracles vanished with the death of the messengers.

The prophecies that where told by Prophet Muhammad pbuh are all taking place exactly as he described.

Also no other religion on the face of the earth has detailed discription of the afterlife as Islam does. Infact there’s almost nothing mentioned in other scriptures about the afterlife. Except that there is heaven and hell. Islam describes in details what happens to human beings from the time his death nears. The trials of grave, how we will be resurrected, what will happen on Last Day, where and how we will be Judged. Description of the Angels, Heaven, Hell, etc…

TEXT DELETED did perform miracles.
  1. his night journey from the sacred mosque to the farthest mosque then to the seventh heaven (and hell too??). Using a beast whose size was between a donkey and a mule, with two wings in its thighs. I consider this is the fastest flight ever happened on earth. 👍
  2. And splitting the moon. islamanswers.net/miracles/moon.htm
  3. The Quran itself.

How to get one-way ticket to paradise?
Paradise? like this ones? :
Quran-(52:17-20): “They will recline (with ease) on thrones arranged in ranks. And We shall marry them to Huris (fair females) with wide lovely eyes.” “There they shall pass from hand to hand a (wine) cup, free from any Laghw….”

Quran: (44:51-55): Yes and we shall wed them to dark-eyed houris (beautiful virgins).

Quran: (55:56-57): In them will be bashful virgins neither man nor Jinn will have touched before. Then which of the favours of your Lord will you deny?

Quran: (78:31): “As for the righteous, they surely triumph. Their gardens and vineyards and high-bosomed (pointed breast) virgins for companions, truly overflowing cup”

Quran-(78: 33-34):“And young full-breasted (mature) maidens of equal age, and a full cup of wine.”

Quran-(55:57-5: “Then which of the blessings of your lord will you both (jinn and men) deny? (In beauty) they are like rubies and coral”.

Quran-(56:7-40): “ …we created the houris and made them virgins, loving companions for those on the right hand….”

Quran-(55:70-77): “ In each there shall be virgins chaste and fair….dark eyed virgins sheltered in their tents whom neither man or Jinn have touched before…”

Quran-56:22: “And (there will be) Huris with wide, lovely eyes (as wives for the pious)”

Quran-(56: 35-36): “Verily , We have created them (maidens) of special creation. And made them Virgins.”

Quran- (55:56): “Wherein both will be Qasirat-ut-Tarf (chaste females restraining their glances, desiring none except their husband) with whom no man or jinni has had tamth before them.”

Quran: (2:25): “And give glad tidings to those who believe and do righteous good deeds, that for them will be Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise)……….and they will be given these things in resemblance (i.e., in the same form but different in taste) and they shall have therein Azwajun Muhtahharatun (purified mates and wives) and that they will have abide therein forever”.

Quran:(47:15): “The description of Paradise which the Muttaqun have been promised (is that) in it are rivers of water the taste and smell of which are not changed, rivers of milk of which the taste never changes, rivers of wine delicious to those who drink, and rivers of clarified honey……….”

Quran-(40-45): “Surely for the God-fearing awaits a place of security gardens and vineyards and maidens with swelling (protruding) bosoms.”

If these verses were all allegorical.
why would God use such sexual allegory, couldnt He finds anything logic ?

Galatians 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach a gospel to you besides that which we have preached to you, let him be anathema.
1:9 As we said before, so now I say again: If any one preach to you a gospel, besides that which you have received, let him be anathema.

1:10 For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? If I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.

1:11 For I give you to understand, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is not according to man.

Supposidly an angel appeared to muhammed, but up above is all I need to know.
The Catholic Church has hundreds claiming to have visions, do they accept them all ? definately not.
One seer kept it going for 30 years and a Bishop found out that she had sold her soul to the devil.
Anyway guarrato alaien, anything you tell me will fall on stoney ground,I follow Jesus Christ.

Sexual allegory :), if you consider this sexual allegory, then read the bible, it’s pornography there.

seems you have a problem with muslims being promised Houris in paradise. Anyways, what you quoted is like less than 5% of what is mentioned about Paradise in hadith and Qur’an.

Your problem cute is that you don’t read the Qur’an which is fine, but at least read the bible, you always show ignorance in both religions.

I thought that Islam considered everything in the Quran to be literal, not allegorical. Perhaps these are considered literal descriptions of paradise.

I suppose it is literal either. Edris only doesnt want to admit it that his allah really revealed such verses. 5% of what it is mentioned in the quran? wow, whats the other 95%? oh did I tell you about river wine as well? 😛 and TEXT DELETED wanted to wed with our Blessed Mother Mary in heaven? 😦 what kind of paradise you are talking about in quran?. But wait, before you share the 95% with us here, pls explain the verses I quoted. You say I lack of knowledge of bible and koran. So let see how good you defend your faith. and pls do not tu quoque this time:D .

No, you got me wrong…It is literal. But i didn’t like the way you said it’s “sexual allegory”.

And Yes i admit that Allah (swt) revealed these verses BUT, another problem is that you didn’t quote these verses from the Qur’an rather from a christian website. Because look at this for example
the first one you quoted, here the verses

Quran-(52:17-20): “Verily, the Muttaqûn (pious) will be in Gardens (Paradise), and Delight, Enjoying in that which their Lord has bestowed on them, and (the fact that) their Lord saved them from the torment of the blazing Fire. “Eat and drink with happiness because of what you used to do” They will recline (with ease) on thrones arranged in ranks And We shall marry them to Houris (female, fair ones) with wide lovely eyes”

Also

Quran: (44:51-55): “Verily! The Muttaqûn (pious), will be in place of Security (Paradise) Among Gardens and Springs; Dressed in fine silk and (also) in thick silk, facing each other, So (it will be), and We shall marry them to Houris (female fair ones) with wide, lovely eyes”

you started mixing and separating verses…why would you do that?? and also eating two thirds of the verse, what are you trying to do here?

This is another example
**Quran-(56:7-40): **“ …we created the houris and made them virgins, loving companions for those on the right hand….”
from verse 7 till verse 40, you quoted only verse 22. WHY did you do that?. instead of saying “Qur’an (56:7-40)” you should say “Qur’an (56:22)”.
…oh did I tell you about river wine as well?..
The wine in paradise is not the same wine of this life. If you quoted the whole verses you’d find the answer

Qur’an (56:17-19) “They will be served by immortal boys, With cups, and jugs, and a glass from the flowing wine, Wherefrom they will get neither any aching of the head, nor any intoxication
…and TEXT DELETED wanted to wed with our Blessed Mother Mary in heaven? what kind of paradise you are talking about in quran?..
Again if this proves anything, its how ignorant you are. Where does it say in the Qur’an that this will happen. Or in a good hadith.
…So let see how good you defend your faith…
First, learn how to quote the Qur’an, second learn some manners, then if you don’t understand anything from the verses, i’ll be more than happy to explain it.

Mohomed is not the most influencial person who ever lived. Jesus Christ is. St. Paul may be a close second. If did make any predictions, he may have been decieved by a Demon. Many of the so called “proofs” that you apply to the heretic and blashpemer Mohomed, could easily be applied to Christ.
