Several years ago a priest I knew would arrange to have masses said for my relatives in third world countries. I liked doing this because the stipend I provided goes quite a long ways in many countries, where the average week’s wages for most people is $20.
However, this priest has retired, and I wonder here if anyone knows how I can arrange to continue to have this done.

contact the diocese where they reside, contact an order that has missionary priests in that country, or contact any priest. You do realize it is not necessary for the priest to reside in that country in order to say masses for those who live there.

Any third world counry will do. That is a possibility, an order that has priests in third world countries.

There is a UK based Catholic charity called Aid to the Church in Need (ACN) which distributes stipends to priests in developing countries, where they will say Masses for you.
They do a lot of work supporting the Church in 3rd world countries, and also in countries where the Church is persecuted.
Their website is at acn.org.uk/shop/frameset.asp

I hope this helps. They also do very nice Christmas cards with religious themes.

I go to the Missionaries of Africa. I used to live next door to their house in Massachusetts. The order provides its priests with food and shelter. They depend on mass stipends for extras.
