How to mail internationally

I’m supposed to be away on a break, and in fact I’m in a bit of crisis at the moment. But I had to return here briefly for something, and while I’m back, I figured I post this question here.

I’m planning on mailing an Ex-Voto plaque to the Fatima Shrine in Portugal as a Christmas gift to Our Lady of Fatima, and I want some tips and advice about mailing internationally.

Firstly, in regards to Fatima in particular, what is the mailing address for the Fatima Shrine? I checked out the Shrine’s website awhile back and couldn’t find a mailing address, do I have to mail it to the Shrine’s diocese, or some where else?

In regards to mailing in general, what would be the recommended time to mail internationally in order for the package to arrive around Christmastime?

Please let me know the answers to these questions, and any other tips and advice you have about mailing internationally, thanks.
 
Any postal questions would be able to be answered by a quick visit to your local post office.

I can’t help you out with an address. Have you tried googling it?
