But it’s only an abuse in your mind.
Well obviously not only in my mind but also in minds of members of CONGREGATION FOR DIVINE WORSHIP AND THE DISCIPLINE OF THE SACRAMENT, otherwise they wouldn’t bother to issue Redemptionis Sacramentum would they?

But your assumption is that your Bishop and parish priest either have no idea about the document, or are ignoring it.

My guess is that it’s your interpretation of the document which doesn’t match theirs that is the problem.

I would recommend humbling yourself and accepting their legitimate authority in such matters.

God Bless

The people who need to “humble” themselves are the ones who have destroyed the liturgy. Not the people who object to abuse.

I can’t say anything about Bishop, but I can agree with you that parish priest is either unaware about the document, or he is ignoring it.

Proof is the scan from parish letter (see abvove), which is using terminology SPECIFICALLY corrected in Redemptionis Sacramentum.

What would be your conclusion, why is he doing it? Is there any reason I am missing to use incorrect terms?

That is EXACTLY what I am doing. I am accepting legitimate authority in this matter which is CONGREGATION FOR DIVINE WORSHIP AND THE DISCIPLINE OF THE SACRAMENT and my only wish is, that parish priest would do so too…
