How to pronounce "huic"?

Ecclesiastical Latin should essentially be pronounced the same way as Italian. Not sure about Classical Latin though. I know that’s quite a bit different.
 
Based on the Italian pronunciation it would be oo-eek. In Italian all H’s are silent; U is oo; I is ee; C has a bunch of different sounds, it’s typically K unless followed by E, I, or H. Just like hora is prounced the same as ora AFAIK.
My Latin IPA app says that huic is pronounced:
uik (oo-eek).
