I have bought “Spiritual excersises” by Ignatius Loyola, and plan on reading it between Easter and Pentecost. As you may know, the book is written as a handbook for the mentor of the one going through the excersises, so I was wondering if anyone know of a good guide on how to read it on my own?

Thanks

whoa, I typed “exercises” in the advanced search and searched titles in “spirituality” and there are several threads, too many to cut and past, answering your question, the two most recent and probably others have several guides and references for you. be warned it is NOT a DIY program but is intended for specific people at a specific stage in life, usually at a crossroads or point of decision, and is mean to be used under spiritual direction, and the book is a guide for the director, not the participant.
