you are in the church. we believe in only one baptism. you were and are already baptised catholic.
just go back to confession asap, tell the priest you had a moment of idiocy and regret it.
stay away from those people who pressured you into the other religion.

yes at this point , stay away from all pressure sales. Stay close to God in the sacraments. Can you go to Adoration.

I’m not sure where you get that from, but mortal sins have to be confessed. This would fall under apostasy
