How would you respond to this

Sometimes a thoughtful response is helpful, but I think Christ would be most pleased, and it would be most helpful if we would simply **pray **for that person with a short prayer.

I witnessed a very immediate little “miracle of prayer” just last evening when a seminarian was talking to some men downtown who are likely without a place to call home. Our prayers truly are effective, we must never doubt this.

Some do celebrate Christmas and birthdays. I have several friends who are SDA’s and they celebrate special days. It’s the most fundamental SDA’s that don’t. I think they are becoming more “liberal” in their practices.

One thing to note about SDA’s is that they are not a cult. They believe that Jesus is the Son of God, born of the virgin Mary, died on Good Friday and was resurrected on the third day. They do use Ellen White’s prophetic writings but they are not put above the Bible.

I guess I might be the only shameless one here. I’d respond by writing “lol, Jesus never had sex either. So go neuter yourself and please don’t reproduce.”
