I’m no on the Native American liturgies (Mohawk, Algonquin, Iroquois, and a few others), but this site has a lot of information on the topic, and it’s worth looking through. As I understand it all the Ordinary and the Propers would be in the vernacular (with some of the Propers simplified or replaced by vernacular hymns), while the silent prayers and all the priest’s parts remained in Latin. I don’t know whether the congregation was expected to makes responses like et cum spiritu tuo and habemus ad dominum in the Latin, or whether these were properly reserved to the ministers. But sometimes (to be inclusive) multiple vernaculars were used in a single Mass. The partially vernacular Asperges you linked is fascinating.
Do you have any indication that they used the vernacular for the Mass itself?
