Hubby has anxiety and a doc visit coming up Tuesday

We literally have spent a week with him going ahhhh about the upcoming visit. He has severe anxiety and has avoided the doc for 3 years. I avoided it myself but have had a ton of health issues. It’s like going to the mall for me, I’m so used to it.

Please pray that a sense of peace and calm descends upon him, and that he’s fit as a fiddle and healthy. Also that the doctor listens to him and all. Overall that God just takes care of it.

I appreciate this a TON and I know he does too. Is there a patron saint of worry and anxiety? I already pray to St. Dymphna for my mood swing issues and she’s helped a bunch.

Christ said to His loved ones: I am with you, fear not, be not anxious. May I, then, be confident that in the trials and crosses of my life that You, O Lord, will be my constant companion. Whenever I cannot stand, You will carry me lovingly in Your arms.
May I have no fear of what may happen tomorrow. For the same Eternal Father Who cares for me today will take care of me tomorrow and everyday of my life. We found he has no asthma, but his LDL was borderline high and his sugars were in the higher range of normal. :eek: He is in super shape so this was kind of surprising. Finns have nasty genes for this type of stuff.

He is glad he is done but it will be a while before I can drag him back to the doc lol. Thanks again for the prayers!
