Why do you think this is significant? Trump won the county. Do you think he won fraudulently?

The Michigan Legislature said they had requested the Dominion owners to appear before their legislatures to answer questions but have repeatedly refused to come before them This has been ongoing.

I think they will at least have to appear and answer some questions on what went on as there are allegations that repeat ballots went through machines while these owners were in the room.

This just talks about a forensic examination of 22 machines.

Rudy Giuliani called the order a “big win” for honest elections, though the legal challenge is actually not related to the presidential election. Judge Elsenheimer’s order stems from a challenge by a voter who claims that ballots were damaged during a recount of a village marijuana proposal that just barely passed.

This was said at the video taped hearing in Michigan Senate Hearings. The legislators repeatedly said they have questions and have asked Dominion CEO to appear before them. They have refused.

If there are irregularities with their machines, I am sure it will be addressed.

Right, but the Dominion people aren’t testifying in front of anyone as part of this audit that you linked to.

Frankly, I think that the Dominion Voting Systems people shouldn’t testify anywhere until after the inauguration. It would be a circus.

No but according to the article, Giuliani’s team will be allowed to be present for the audit and if there are irregularities, then I would imagine it will proceed so legislators can ask questions.

This is court ordered, so not sure where the legislature would come in.

At this point, the election is a done deal. Most states have no provision to “uncertify” an election. We’re talking more about the next election, which is fine.
