are gays really accepted to roman catholics belief and doctrines?

Do you mean homosexuals who control their desires or homosexuals who act on them?
Of course gays are accepted into Catholicism, God made them that way. But they must conform to the laws God has given us, and not act on their homosexual desires by either being celibate, or marrying someone of the opposite sex(but I’m pretty sure they’re not supposed to do that, but I think some do anyway, as far as I know it’s not a sin though)

The church is pretty clear on this. Gay people are accepted. All people are accepted. Some behaviors are not accepted.

Sex outside of marriage is not acceptable for anyone. Gay marriage is not recognized as valid in the Catholic church. Sex must be within marriage and even in that context, both the procreative and unitive requirements must be met.

If one is not called to a valid Catholic marriage, celibacy is the only other choice. Celibacy is not only expected of gay people but of anyone who is not in a valid marriage.

It is not an easy thing to live a celibate life but it is not an easy thing to live a Catholic life -being easy is not the point. On this issue our clergy put their money where their mouths are, setting the example of living rewarding but celibate lives.

Under the heterosexual stuff it covers that if you aren’t married to someone of the opposite gender there should be no sex and it restricts acts inside of marriage too. The whole no homosexual acts is just a reminder that even though we wont get married the rules apply to us too.

Of course as most people who have been married 30+ years can tell you there is a lot more to love than sex, a read of the first part of the Deus Caritas Est encyclical would tell you that too.

Catechism, Part Three, Section Two, Chapter Two -

Chastity and homosexuality
2357
Homosexuality refers to relations between men or between women who experience an exclusive or predominant sexual attraction toward persons of the same sex. It has taken a great variety of forms through the centuries and in different cultures. Its psychological genesis remains largely unexplained. Basing itself on Sacred Scripture, which presents homosexual acts as acts of grave depravity,141 tradition has always declared that "homosexual acts are intrinsically disordered."142 They are contrary to the natural law. They close the sexual act to the gift of life. They do not proceed from a genuine affective and sexual complementarity. Under no circumstances can they be approved.
2358 The number of men and women who have deep-seated homosexual tendencies is not negligible. This inclination, which is objectively disordered, constitutes for most of them a trial. They must be accepted with respect, compassion, and sensitivity. Every sign of unjust discrimination in their regard should be avoided. These persons are called to fulfill God’s will in their lives and, if they are Christians, to unite to the sacrifice of the Lord’s Cross the difficulties they may encounter from their condition.
2359 Homosexual persons are called to chastity. By the virtues of self-mastery that teach them inner freedom, at times by the support of disinterested friendship, by prayer and sacramental grace, they can and should gradually and resolutely approach Christian perfection.

Indeed and heterosexual acts that are closed to the gift of life are also obviously mortal sins. Of masturbation/frottage, oral sex and anal sex none exhibit genuine affective and sexual complementarity. Of all “homosexual acts” I can’t think of any that aren’t already covered under heterosexual prohibitions.

Do you see any prohibitions of (non-sexual) love between two people of the same gender? For love between two people of the same gender there is no requirement that both or even one of the people are homosexual.
