Husband has eye problems

if you could say a prayer. My husband has nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy which basically is the start of an eye disease most diabetics have. I am trying to research more about it but it’s pretty scary stuff and there are these laser treatments, etc that he may need or injections in his eye - I know he will say he won’t do either. Please lend a prayer. Thanks.
 
Pinkyyy, I’ll pray for your husband and you at Mass and Adoration today.
I’ll ask the Lord to help him to get over his initial reactions. I guess it’s all scary at present, both the diagnosis and the treatment. Please God, things won’t be as bad as they seem right now.

Praying for your husband.

I have diabetic retinopathy. I’ve had the shots and surgery. My eye is doing well. Tell him his sight is worth anything he has to do to save it. They numb the eye completely and you don’t feel a thing. Remind him he is always in the Lord’s presense and won’t go through any of it alone.
