Thanks again for the sage advice!! I am grieving still but feeling stronger. My focus is totally on my son even more completely now. I dont have the energy or time to fight an uphill battle with a 2 ton stone.
I did find out the judge who drew our case has recently went through her own bitter divorce. Her ex found someone younger, and filed for divorce in a very quick amount of time, and they had children together also.
I did purchase that recommended book also! Started reading it, and its pretty informative but straightforward., good reading! I have also been doing a lot of reading about surviving spouses mid life crisis (My goodness it reads like they are talking exactly about my husband!). More reading still about kids introduction to “new people” let alone the “mistress”. Not only will it damage him to do it just 2.5wks after leaving, it says he will be resentful and reject this new woman. BTW my husband said he thought I should meet her before our son… Like tomorrow… HA! Uhhh… how bout “NO!”??? I swear something is broken in his brain!
