Lord God , we thank you most gratefully for helping Your servant Rodney with the course of treatment which he is receiving . Lord , please give him strength to resist and overcome this terrible disease , and vindicate the faith and trust of those praying to You for Rodney, by mercifully granting him a miraculous and complete healing and recovery . Grant also Lord God that Rodney will , by Your merciful help , have only good results when next he sees his Oncologist on the 1st November . .
We ask that You will guide and help the doctors to use all their skill , knowledge and dedication to destroy and eliminate all traces of this terrible disease from Rodney’s body and so grant him complete healing .
We pray that his last course of medication will prove to be a definite and lasting cure .
Grant Rodney the the strength and courage to procede with the surgery for the repair of his double inguinal hernias and for the doctors to successfully carry out this procedure , so that he no longer endures the pain and discomfort .

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal this husband. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. Despite what the doctors say if this be Your Will I ask you to send forth your healing power into this husband’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

For so many years you bore in your own flesh this cancerous disease that destroys the very fiber of our being. You turned to God when the power of human beings could do no more, and you were favored with the vision of Jesus coming down from His cross to heal your affliction. I now ask God to heal these sick persons whom I entrust to you:

Thank you for continuing to pray for Rodney. He is being scheduled for a bone scan and CT scan prior to his next oncology appointment on November 1. He is also finally going to see a surgeon about having the three hernias repaired.
I am amazed at the ongoing prayers being offered for Rodney! I continue to pray for all of you, too, especially Natalie, Teresa, Florence, Jim, Chris, Karen, Isabella, and everyone who thinks of us and continues to pray for us. May our Lord abundantly reward all of you!
