Husband's actions are almost unbearable - please pray!

Have you considered that perhaps you have received an answer to your many prayers~even if it is one you do not want to acknowledge or accept?
 
I admire your courage and inner strength to bear the unbearable. Easier said than done…but I believe you have the peace the world cannot give which only the Lord can give to those whom He specially loves.What a heavy cross you are carrying ! What suffering ! As our Lord and our Lady suffered for others. God bless you.

It appears that you are a very caring and strong person.
My father and mother split up recently as my father was having an affair. My mother is a very devout catholic who still prayers for him regardless of the heartache he has caused the family.

My heart goes out to you and I will keep you in my prayers

Island Oak - Yes, God has answered many of my prayers, but not yet those for my husband’s soul. He is living in a situation of grave sin and is an older man. I can’t determine what his final judgement will be, only Christ can, but am not afraid to say he is living in mortal sin which is death to the soul and he is taking an enormous risk. (As so many of us are.)

I was reminded early on that my prayers have to be for his conversion from sin - for his soul’s sake alone - not just for my happiness and the restoration of the marriage. I know it might take a miracle.

A little daily miracle: I was going to put a different scripture quote here and went to a site to find it - found this instead:

We can have enough faith so that we can be channels for God’s strength into the lives of others.
