Hymn with Eucharistic Theme

Does anyone know the name of the hymn that uses John 6:51: “I myself am the living bread come down from heaven…” ?
 
“I am the bread of life” by Sister Suzanne Toolan is very close to what you want.
 
In Australia there is a hymn book called “Catholic Worship Book”. The full music edition includes an “Index of Scripture Related to Hymns”. It lists two of its hymns as related to John 6:51. The first has already been mentioned, “I am the bread of life”.

The second is “Christians, let us love one another”. The first verse is by Father Armand Nigro SJ, the later verses by Sister M. Claudia Folz.
 
I found it with google.com: “I am the Living Bread” by David Haas, copyright 1985, published by OCP Publications.
