I feel for you. I am dealing with much myself so I can empathize with you. Try to pray everyday and make a habit of it. Remember also that you are not alone. I pray that God gives peace.
Prayers for your physical, spiritual and emotional healing.
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now, and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Exercise is really important, as Camille mentioned. It helps to balance neurotransmitters.
Good diet also makes a huge impact. Eat healthy!
A cold shower had also been shown to be a healthy habit as it releases a bunch of neurotransmitters (even if just finishing in the cold water for a few mins at the end!).
I can relate at the moment. I am trying to pray a little bit more. I’ll let you know if it works. Try and think about the times God reached out for you in the past. And He will again. Current times aren’t helping either and what you are feeling is very typical and understandable. God bless you
