I am confused about the Sacraments

Hi,
I recently came across an information from an ex Christian, who studied the Bible for 12 years, and then now is converted to Islam. She claimed that the Sacraments are not proclaimed by Jesus, but they are only a Church proclamations, and in particular she mentioned the Confession, which I believe was one of the rules Jesus gave us. So, if they don’t belong to Jesus word, why should we follow them and practice them?if they are only men’s rules I don’t see the point to build a religion, a faith, on men’s thoughts.
I hope someone will answer as my faith is falling and I am so scared to loose Jesus.
