Hey, you got me here, i am with you through prayer. But what is even more wonderful even though you don’t see him, your guardian angel is there and most of all Jesus and his mother. Many Human don’t even have him in their life, and you do. I think this is quite something.I know this has nothing to do with Catholicism… But this the only place i can turn to rite now. I’m in middle school. I have not one friend…I feel alone right now in this world… I’m so depressed. I just want god to heal me… But no matter how much I pray to god it feels like he never helps me! I’m so emotionally frustrated now… NOBODY likes me. I don’t want to tell my parents because I will be embarrassed. I don’t want to talk to a therapist either. This the only place I have to go…please give me some advice to cope with my loneliness and depression.
Thanks in advance,
Trey C.
I used to be lonely too, but then much later, i started to have two friends.
So what i would do, i would see your experience as a cross and a blessing in disguise. Jesus was lonely also during his passion but his mother and John were there. His friend betrayed him, denial him and slept when he was in great need of them.
Offer your suffering to God to save souls.
One thing that i found where you can have great friends, is to do something you love. This way, you will be with people sharing the same interest as you. Look also into doing volunteering. Mother Teresa said that if we want something we need to give it, if you want friend, be a friend to someone that need it (volunteering).
It is far better to have quality friend then quantity.
It will turn around, in the mid time, i pray for your heart to feel at peace and joyful.
